The triple room has a street view and comes with an electric kettle and glassware, and the staff is friendly and hospitable.

This hotel is a real find! Its in a great location, super clean and the staff are lovely. we had a family room which was huge and even had a small kitchenette. Will definitely return, photos don't do justice to this hotel.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay and the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Also there are good restaurants within easy walking distance which are open late.

Excellent helpful front of house staff who were consistantly helpful and spoke excellent English. Our car was parked right outside the hotel entrance and the area was seemingly totally safe ! Very nice room with all amenities and such comfortable beds..Ps we are from Switzerland.

Loved this very good stay for a business trip. the hotel had a central position, just a short walk to the railway station, bus stops, and the very center of town. - Silent rooms were decent-sized, and the beds were comfortable.

Location in typical old part of city near to center of town, public transport, and restaurants. Hotel was a traditional building but very modern and room was very spacious and quiet.

As business guests, we appreciated the convenient location near Porta Nuova and the comfortable amenities such as the flat screen TV, tea maker, and mini refrigerator with complimentary water. the cleanliness and organization of the hotel, as well as the friendly and helpful staff, made our stay enjoyable. the breakfast provided great value for money, and there were plenty of small coffee shops and a grocery store nearby.

Very nice hotel with a warm atmosphere, clean, convinient, perfectly friendly personnel. Quiet location is also good, just because it is not in the middle of tourist flows. Very good trattoria in the neighbourhood. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

Staff is really warm and helpful. Very near the hotel there is Restaurant Cerere with Excelent quality and service.

Not too close to the city center but well comunicated. Breakfast is poor.
